Payment and Delivery
PAYMENT
Hairyfish accepts payments via Cash or Credit Cards via PayPal*.
All customers are required to make full payment upon collection or prior to delivery through Paypal. We do not commence any design or proofing without an order being placed and some form of payment agreed and paid.

DELIVERY
At Hairyfish we work hard to provide our clients with high quality products and quick, efficient delivery. Our standard production and delivery time is 2-3 business days from signed off artwork. Please check our production schedule when booking in your items for print.
We never send out damaged items for delivery, we recommend collection where possible. If you cannot collect and opt for delivery and receive an item that is damaged it’s likely it was damaged in transit by the courier or An Post. Please contact us [email protected] and we will do our best to organise a replacement on time, prior to your event. When a replacement isn’t possible we will offer a full refund if and only if we are at fault (which is rare) in fact it has never happened to date.
